During our recent family vacation, we stayed in a cozy lodging that was just the right size for us and our few pieces of luggage. the welcoming gesture of finding chocolate, water, and fresh fruit in the room was very nice. the staff was helpful throughout our stay and it eased our holiday worries. We also appreciated the quick and reliable wifi connection available. the breakfast spread including a lovely selection of fresh fruit, croissants, and marmalade, was a delightful way to begin each day. there wasn't much of a view from our room which was a bit of a letdown.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for our ski trip. The room service was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff kept our room tidy and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services available on site, as well as the shuttle service that made exploring the area hassle-free. Additionally, the welcome drink and the helpfulness of the tours and ticket assistance were a delightful touch.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in San Massimo. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious breakfast , and the thoughtful welcome amenities. The hotel's wifi connection was also reliable, which was important since our mobile network had no signal in this area. we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to this city.
